Managing Partner
Jacob Hall brings over two decades of investing, operating, and analytics experience to his role as Managing Partner at Kando Capital. In addition to serving on the MBA Advisory Board at the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business, Jacob leads the school's Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) and Search Fund program. His work spans small business investing, portfolio strategy, and leadership development.
Prior to his investing career, Jacob led Decision Analytics for Chevron Technology Ventures, supporting the firm’s venture investment process and global technology deployment strategy. He previously served as COO of Sooner B&B Energy, where he led a successful financial turnaround of the organization.
